HDSCLF is a local senior citizen's organization of, by, and for, culturally Deaf patrons (and their supporters), residing in the greater Houston area.

 

HDSCLF is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization governed by a board of directors (the majority of whom are Deaf).

 

HDSCLF receives funding from grants, subscription fees, and tax-deductible donations.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
