Mission Statement
HDSCLF is a non-profit organization formed for the following purposes:

To provide a comprehensive program that meets the social, educational, health, recreational and social, educational, health, recreational and social service needs of persons 60 years of age and older.

Help maintain the dignity and independence of Seniors living in the community.
Our Activities

Information & Referral:
Disseminate information, provide referral and technical assistance on topics related to seniors and Deafness.

Social Gathering, Life Enrichment & Craft:
We offer programs for seniors to enjoy while having fun and learning.

Day Trip:
Harris County provides monthly day trip/tours away from home to help mediate feelings of loneliness or social isolation.

A monthly publication highlighting updates on the HDSCLF, and what other Deaf Seniors are up to (at the state and national level).
